Overview
What it does
Structured pre-sales research for any account, any industry.

A JSONC prompt template that generates a complete account brief. Supply a company name, industry, sub-vertical, and competitor preferences — the AI handles the rest, researching 12 sections and returning a formatted dossier plus a stand-alone executive narrative.

Works with any LLM that has web access or current knowledge: Claude, Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT. Best results with models that have real-time web search enabled.

When to use it
First-call prep on a new account. Refreshing context before an executive meeting. Onboarding a deal to a teammate or overlay. Getting up to speed on a vertical outside your regular coverage.
How to Use
3 steps
1
Fill in the intake fields. Four fields at the top of the file: company name, industry, sub-vertical, and competitor preferences. Everything else is pre-configured.
2
Paste the entire file into your AI assistant. The whole JSONC — comments included. The AI reads the structure and follows the embedded instructions.
3
Review before using. Check the Assumptions and Data Gaps lists at the end of the dossier. These flag what the AI inferred vs. sourced directly. Don't use in customer-facing work without a sanity check.
